Build your HYROX Madrid plan
The instant browser builder only plans running races, so a HYROX plan comes from the coach itself. It opens with the HYROX Madrid already filled in for March 17, 2027, asks about your week and your current fitness, and writes every session. Free account (or start as a guest), no card. You are about 25 weeks out.

Singles, Doubles, Relay. Every division races the standard HYROX course: 1 km of running, then one workout station, eight times over (SkiErg 1000 m, Sled Push 50 m, Sled Pull 50 m, Burpee Broad Jumps 80 m, Row 1000 m, Farmers Carry 200 m, Sandbag Lunges 100 m, Wall Balls 100 reps).
The HYROX Madrid course
Held at Av. del Partenon 5, Barajas, Madrid (the event page gives the address only, no venue name). The race schedule is provisional and not yet published.
What to train for
Train the 1 km run repeats at a controlled, repeatable pace and practice running straight off each station, since compromised running is where most time is lost. Build strength endurance for the sleds, lunges and wall balls, and rehearse full or half simulations in the final weeks to learn pacing across all eight stations.
