    Why it works

Built for how lifters actually train.

Athlete in a back squat with a loaded barbell
    • Each block builds on the last

Weeks move from base to build, so the work grows at a pace you can hold, with a lighter week before the next step.

    • Built around your week

Two, three or four days: the plan balances squat, hinge, press and pull across the days you have, with rest where it counts.

    • Your coach adjusts it

Miss a session or feel run down and your coach moves the work instead of stacking it. Ask why any lift is there and get a straight answer.

    Strength questions

Do I need a full gym?

A barbell, a rack and a bench cover most sessions. Tell your coach what you have and it swaps movements for ones you can do at home or in a smaller gym.

    How many days a week?

Pick the days you can train. Two days build strength; three or four let the plan split upper and lower body and add easy conditioning.

Can I combine it with running?

Yes. Pick running plus strength in the builder and your coach plans lifts and runs as one week, so heavy leg days stay away from your hard runs.
