Athlete Space for Grok, Perplexity, Gemini and Le Chat

Ask your AI assistant for a running plan and get the whole thing in the chat: every week, every run, training paces from your own fitness, and predicted race times. Or ask for a season in triathlon, HYROX, cycling, CrossFit or swimming. Free, and no AthleteSpace account needed.

    In your chat

Build me a half marathon plan for March 15. I run 20 miles a week, 4 days a week, easy pace 9:45.

    Set it up

Each of these assistants takes a connector by URL. Use this one, with no sign-in:

    https://api.athletespace.ai/mcp

    Grok

Go to grok.com/connectors and choose New Connector, then Custom. Paste the URL and connect.

    Perplexity

Open Settings, then Connectors. Choose Custom connector, then Remote. Name it Athlete Space, paste the URL and pick None for authentication. Perplexity offers custom connectors on Pro, Max and Enterprise.

    Gemini

On gemini.google.com, open Settings, then Connected Apps. Under Custom apps, choose Add a custom app and paste the URL. Google shows Custom apps on eligible accounts only, so it may not appear on yours yet.

    Le Chat

Open Connectors and choose Add Connector, then the Custom MCP Connector tab. Name it AthleteSpace (the name takes no spaces), paste the URL and choose Connect.

Menus change, and some assistants keep custom connectors for paid plans. If yours shows the plan as text, the link under it opens the full plan on athletespace.ai.

Claude and ChatGPT list Athlete Space in their own directories: Claude, ChatGPT.

    Things to ask

Your assistant asks for anything it still needs before it builds the plan.

    • Build me a half marathon plan for March 15. I run 20 miles a week, 4 days a week, easy pace 9:45.
    • I ran a 10K in 52:30 last month. Make me a 16-week marathon plan in kilometres, 5 days a week, 35 km now.
    • I missed Tuesday and Thursday this week. Adjust my plan.
    • Build me a 70.3 triathlon season for June 14. I train about 9 hours a week, 6 days, and race regularly.
    • I am new to HYROX. Plan my season for the Open race on March 8, 5 hours a week over 4 days.

    What the tools do

    Build a training plan

takes your goal race and date, what you run in a week now, how many days you can run, and a recent race result or your usual easy pace. It returns the full plan with weekly distance, each session, training paces and predicted times at 5K, 10K, half and marathon. Where your assistant supports it, the plan shows as an interactive view: tap a week to see its runs.

Adjust a plan for missed runs

rebuilds the same plan around sessions you skipped, so the weeks ahead stay realistic.

    Build a multi-sport season

covers triathlon (sprint, 70.3 and Ironman), HYROX (Open and Pro), cycling (general fitness, gran fondo, criterium), CrossFit, swimming (pool and open water) and running with strength. It takes the sport and event, your level, the hours and days a week you can train, and the event date if there is one. It returns the season's phases and weekly hours, every session of the first two weeks and the peak week, and the key sessions of each phase.

All three tools are read-only. Running plans cover 5K to marathon, or any custom distance from 5 km to marathon, with the race at least 3 weeks away and 3 to 7 running days a week. Paces follow Daniels VDOT, with a progressive build, down weeks and a taper. Seasons run from 3 weeks to a year, on 2 to 25 hours and 3 to 7 days a week.

    Privacy

The connector receives only the answers needed for the plan, uses them to calculate it, and stores none of them. We count requests (time, assistant and tool only) to see how the connector is used. The details are in our privacy policy.
