    • Your coach handles the changes, and shows you each one

Version 1.8.5 puts your coach first. Today opens with Here is what I handled: every change your coach made to your plan in the last two days, each with its reason and a way to undo it. When a change needs your say, a card under your session asks first, and you accept it or choose Not now. In Settings you pick how much your coach handles: Ask me first, Handle the small stuff or Run it for me. The Coach tab opens on your coach's latest move. A session's page leads with the session itself and one clear action, and every strength, CrossFit and HYROX movement has its own animated demo. A goal time like 2:30 for a marathon now reads as hours. Update the app to get it.

    1. Version 1.8.4

Tap a tab to jump back to the top

Version 1.8.4 smooths a few everyday moments. Tap the tab you are already on and the page scrolls back to the top; on Plan it also brings you back to this week. If you close Google's sign-in tab after connecting your calendar, the app now shows that it is connected. On Android, a busy month of workouts from Health Connect now arrives in full. Update the app to get it.

    2. Version 1.8.3

      Your coach, by text

Version 1.8.3 brings your coach to WhatsApp. One tap opens a message with your link code already written: send it and your number is linked, with no code to type. On a computer, scan the QR code with your phone. Coach by text in Settings sets the time of your morning message and which texts you get, including a note on race eve, and pauses them for three days or a week. Links in your coach's texts open with a clear preview. Update the app to get it.

      Version 1.8.2

Bricks, triathlons and stage races, as one session

Version 1.8.2 links recordings that belong together. Record a ride and a run back to back, or the legs of a multi-day race, and the app offers them as one session. A linked session has one recap: the legs in order with the transition or rest between them, one heart-rate trace and one share card. The calendar shows it as a single row, every race stands on its own teal ground with the taper leading in, and on race day Today leads with the race.

      Version 1.8.2

Choose which session an activity counts for

Version 1.8.2 lets you set a pairing yourself. When an activity lands on another session than the one you meant, Change session moves it in one tap from the activity page or the session's menu, and Unpair sets it free. Race dates get a calendar button beside the typed field. Settings has an Amazfit card that says how your workouts and daily data arrive, and form analysis reports now save from inside the app.

      Version 1.8.2

A calmer Mac window, and a belt speed you set by hand

Version 1.8.2 for Mac and Apple TV redraws the Mac app. Today, the ride, the finish and the Library have layouts made for a window and a pointer, with your week and your Indoor Season progress beside today's session. The zone tints the window and the one number the step is about sits in front. Ready shows the workout graph and your connected sensors, a floating ride bar stays on top while you watch something else, and the finish shows every rep against its target with a share code for your phone. On a treadmill that sends no speed, you set your belt speed with Up and Down, on the Mac and on Apple TV, and distance follows it.

    3. Athlete Space is on the Mac App Store

The Mac app is live. Today's session opens in a window beside your trainer or treadmill, with power, cadence and heart rate in large type and a coach that adapts mid-ride and tells you why. Ride Together with friends, each at your own targets, or put two riders on one screen. It works with the mouse and the keyboard arrows, your plan comes with you when you sign in, and it is free.

      Version 1.8.1

Your body's readings, next to your plan

Version 1.8.1 puts your body's readings next to your plan. Recovery signals come in from Apple Health and Health Connect: sleep stages, HRV, steps, breathing rate, blood oxygen, VO2 max and wrist temperature, each shown only when your device sends it. Today carries a body check, with last night's sleep, HRV and resting heart rate beside the session, and when a session changes because of your readings you see the readings behind the change. Daily movement adds floors, active minutes and distance on foot. Running and triathlon plans carry one short strength session a week, marked Optional and yours to skip. Voice cues ease on hills, share cards open your phone's share sheet, and the coach says hello with your next session. Update the app to get it.

    4. Version 1.8.0

Train indoors: treadmill, bike trainer, Apple TV and Mac

Version 1.8.0 takes your plan inside. Treadmill mode sets the belt speed for every step and you say Rep done to move on, with belt calibration from a watch or footpod. Bike trainer mode holds your power targets in ERG, on screen and in your coach's voice, and you can switch to free ride, resistance, or a sim that follows a route's gradient. Focus mode reads from across the room, recoveries can end on heart rate, and Can't hold it eases the session when the day is not there. When the weather turns, your coach offers the session indoors, and a six-week Indoor Season gives the treadmill and the trainer a block of their own. Together lets you ride or run the same workout in sync with friends or your club, each at your own targets, with weekly club sessions and standings. New Apple TV and Mac apps put today's session on the big screen, with your phone as the remote, two riders on one screen, and FTP and threshold pace tests built in. Every recording now ends with a clear choice to save or discard, and the recap shows what tomorrow became because of today. Update the app to get it.

      Version 1.8.0

A new look: one lit hero per screen, and menus drawn for the app

Version 1.8.0 redraws the app with depth. Every screen leads with one lit hero and raised cards beneath it, and in Full Send the Today hero takes the colour of the session, with its steps drawn on it. The menus are new: a drawn icon set, a lit bar where only your current tab and Start carry colour, and one menu sheet on phone. Record is now called Start. On Today the week card leads with the verdict, and the morning check-in answers in words. When a check-in eases your day, you see the session before and after. The Plan page and the Week, Month and Season views are redesigned, with the season's weeks stacked by session type and a finish estimate on the race-day card. Progress, Settings, Coach Studio and the share cards follow the same look, with a square share format and one place to make them at /share. Apple Watch, Apple TV and Mac carry it too, with the week and the race under Today and new session and race complications on the watch.

      Version 1.8.0

See where your fitness is heading

Version 1.8.0 rebuilds Insights in Full Send around one question: will you be ready? Trajectory draws your fitness up to today as a solid line, then along your plan to race day as a dotted one, with a predicted finish range. Try a what-if, such as a week off or one more easy day, and see where the line lands without touching your plan. Engine and Body sit beside it, and every activity gets a Session X-ray that lays what you recorded over what was planned. Ask your data a question and the answer comes back as a chart. Save any session to do again, and share your Trajectory with a link you choose to send.

More ways to connect: Intervals.icu, Samsung Health and Google Fit

Intervals.icu now syncs both ways: your activities and wellness come in, and your planned sessions for the next 14 days go out to your Intervals.icu calendar. Turn it on in Settings, under Devices. On Android, the app now reads your workouts from Health Connect, where Samsung Health, Google Fit and most Android watches save them. Connect it once and each run, ride and swim arrives with its distance and heart rate when you open the app. Access is read-only, and you can turn it off in Settings or in Health Connect at any time.

    5. A cleaner site, in your language

Every public page on Athlete Space now shares one look: the dark hero, one lifted card and a clear next step. The footer is grouped into Product, Plans by sport, Plans by distance, Compare and Company, and the home page lists every device and app that syncs in one tidy grid. The training guides, sport pages, race pages, safety, indoor training, the treadmill pace chart and this changelog now read in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Brazilian Portuguese, following the language you already use in the app.

      AthleteSpace is in ChatGPT

AthleteSpace is now an approved ChatGPT plugin, listed as Athlete Space. Install it from the listing in one click, then ask for a running plan for your goal race, or a season for triathlon, cycling, HYROX, CrossFit, swimming or running with strength. The plan shows as a card in the chat, and one tap opens it in AthleteSpace when you want it to keep adapting. Olympic distance triathlon is now in the builder too. Setup takes a minute at /chatgpt.

      Start today, not next Monday

A new plan no longer waits for the week to turn. The card that says your plan starts Monday now has a Start now button, and a first week that begins mid-week says it is a partial week, with its load counted to match. Changing your weekly hours no longer means starting over: the delete sheet offers the edit first. Accounts made with only an email sign in with a 6-digit code, no password to remember.

      Your plan in your language

AthleteSpace now reads in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Brazilian Portuguese from the first screen to the last. Planned workouts are written in your language, and so are Today, Plan, Schedule, the plan builder, the morning check-in and your coach voices. Sessions already on your calendar were translated too. A language switch sits on the sign-in, sign-up and setup screens, so you can choose before you have an account.

    6. AthleteSpace is in Claude's connector directory

Setting up AthleteSpace in Claude is now one step: open Settings, then Connectors, find AthleteSpace and choose Connect. No URL to paste and no account needed. Ask for a running plan or a season in your own words, and open it in AthleteSpace when you want it to keep adapting. The race pages and example weeks now include a ready-made prompt to copy.

The big screen, on any computer

Indoor training now has a big-screen app for the computer in front of your bike or treadmill. Open athletespace.ai/desktop in Chrome or Edge on a Windows PC, a Mac or a Chromebook: today's session from your plan fills the screen in the colour of the effort, your smart trainer, treadmill and heart rate strap connect over Bluetooth from the browser's own list, and the coach offers easier reps while you are still in the workout. The free six-week Indoor Season, the FTP and threshold pace tests, Together sessions, two riders on one screen and your phone as the remote are all there. Ride as a guest and sign in when you finish to save it. It installs as an app from the browser's menu.

    7. Version 1.6.5

Every session explains itself, and a shorter way in

Version 1.6.5 also puts the coaching on the session card. Today and every workout page now lead with why the session matters, the effort as RPE in words, and the warm-up, main set and cool-down with their targets. Moving a session goes through your coach's check first, a skip asks why and can be undone, and a missed session gets three one-tap fixes. After you record, the recap asks how it felt, closes your week and shows what is next, and it no longer opens the share sheet by itself. Getting started is shorter: invite links open the plan builder, the builder speaks your language, you can train before confirming your email, and an optional injury question shapes your plan. Your coach shows what a change does before you apply it, Fitness, Fatigue and Form are explained where they appear, and form checks give a plain score out of 10. Settings sit in five groups with one Devices page, the tab bar reads the same in Simple and Detailed views, and coach notifications are capped at one a day. New free training guides cover the 10K to full-distance triathlon, gran fondos and open-water swims. Update the app to get it.

      Version 1.6.5

Your week in colour, and a Today that leads with your coach

Version 1.6.5 redraws the week on Today: each training day is filled with the colour of its session and named, today is ringed, and a tap on any day opens that session without leaving the page. When your coach has a check-in or a change to your plan, it now sits at the top of Today, above the session. Activities is rebuilt too: your training reads week by week, every run leads with its route, three clear numbers and your coach's line, and search, filters, compare, upload and sync are one tap away. Starting is shorter: two questions as a guest, a first plan on screen, and the rest when you are ready, with one clear button to save your plan. Sign-in errors now say what went wrong. Update the app to get it.

    8. Version 1.6.4

A setup that shows your plan taking shape

Version 1.6.4 redesigns setup. Each question sits in a teal header with your answers on a light sheet below, and a picked answer fills with colour: your sports in their own colours, everything else in the colour of the stage you are on. The example week reads as one row per day, tinted by session type, and a tap opens the full session. Race search shows each event with its date and distance, the goal time screen tells you the pace your time works out to, and a review screen lists every answer with a way back to change it. While your plan builds you watch it rise phase by phase, and the reveal leads with your goal, today's projection, and the gap the plan closes. On a computer, the header keeps a running summary of your answers. Update the app to get it.

    9. Version 1.6.3

A record screen you can read mid-rep, and a finish worth sharing

Version 1.6.3 rebuilds recording. Pick any of your six sports from one row, see today's session with its workout strip, and start after a 3-2-1 countdown. Mid-run, pace is the big number, a gauge shows how far off target you are, and a coloured strip tracks every rep; Lap, Pause and Hold to end stay on every tab, including the coach. On iPhone your pace, rep and heart rate sit on the lock screen and in the Dynamic Island, and the screen stays awake while you record. When you finish, your coach sums up the session out loud, you can rename it, and a share card leads with your best moment and a link friends can tap to train with you. After a workout, your coach guesses how hard it was from your heart rate and you confirm with one tap, and Progress shows how your effort for the same session is trending. Update the app to get it.

    10. Version 1.6.2

Meet Ascent: a new look, animated avatars and real medals

Version 1.6.2 brings the Ascent brand to the app, with a new icon and an A that changes with the seasons. Until you add a photo you get an animated sport avatar, and your coach has one too. Records now award Ascent medals and 3D trophies, and when you record a workout your sport avatar marks you on the map. Every session, activity and sport picker now uses one set of Ascent sport icons in place of emoji. Loading screens and the coach chat button carry the Ascent look too, and a session marked done by mistake can be set back to planned. Update the app to get it.

Setup and search that speak your sport

Sports go by the same clear names everywhere, and swims read in yards or metres on every card to match your pool. Pick your HYROX division by name so station loads fit it, or choose Trainer only if you ride indoors. Race search now has distance chips for run, bike and swim, and a Your event badge on races you added. CrossFit sessions show the whole WOD at once.

Plans sized to the hours you give

Every plan now builds to the weekly hours you told us, beginners included. Tapers fit your race, race weeks carry race-specific intensity and PR targets, and benchmark retests keep your zones current. Workout steps come in whole minutes.

      Pool swims on Apple Watch

Pick your pool length on the watch before a pool swim, and every swim saved to Apple Health logs as a swim. Activity names on the watch now match the phone, and the new Ascent icon lands on iPhone and Apple Watch. Update the app from the App Store to get it.

Know your finish time, and where every number comes from

Triathlon, HYROX and cycling goals now get a projected finish time, and your field test results show on the plan recap. Every threshold, FTP and pace says where it came from. Hot or hilly day? Today shows your heat and elevation adjusted pace. The morning check-in tells you what it changed, and lifts, drills and WOD movements come with demo videos.

A sharper setup and a faster race search

Setup now takes a swim test in yards or metres, 2K and 3K run results, a recent triathlon result, and optional weak points for strength, CrossFit and HYROX. Find your race by month or triathlon distance, or add your own event. The calendar counts distance per sport and shows ride speed and swim pace in each session.

    11. AthleteSpace on Apple Watch

Leave the phone at home. The new Apple Watch app shows today's session, live heart-rate zones and interval targets, and speaks your coach's cues as you go. On iPhone, pair Bluetooth heart-rate, power and cadence sensors, talk to your coach mid-run, and let HRV, sleep and weight from Apple Health shape your readiness. Update the app from the App Store to get it.

    12. See exactly how to run every session

Every planned session now opens to the full workout: warm-up, main set and cool-down with targets, what to focus on, when to back off, and how it builds on last week. Strength and WOD details included. Our demo, guides and sport gallery show the same sessions, so you know what you will train before you sign up.

    13. A plan that tells you why

Your plan now names the training philosophy behind it. Each new session explains its purpose the first time you open it, and What changed spells out every adjustment in a plain sentence. No more guessing why Tuesday moved.

    14. Build your plan inside Claude

Ask Claude for a plan in your own words. Get a running plan for your goal race, or a full season for triathlon, cycling, HYROX, CrossFit, swimming or running with strength. One tap opens it in AthleteSpace. Setup takes a minute at /claude.

Free previews for six more sports

The free plan builder now covers triathlon, cycling, HYROX, CrossFit, swimming and running with strength. Pick your sport, hours and race to see your season phases, your first two weeks and your biggest week. Like it? Start training as a guest, no account needed.

    15. Leave TrainingPeaks, keep your history

Export your TrainingPeaks account and upload the ZIP at /switch-from-trainingpeaks. Your past workouts and your workout library come with you, so your fitness history and your coach pick up right where you left off.

Train together: clubs, buddies and coaches

Run clubs get a shared club week with RSVPs, a board of who is on plan, and invite links. Training buddies see each other's week and trade kudos. Coaches get a roster, every athlete's calendar, an inbox with drafted replies, and a one-screen review of next week.

Your progress, your records, your season

A new Progress tab puts your activities, personal records and form in one place. Your whole season lives on one scrollable chart that shows why each week changed, and your schedule flips between week, month and season on phone and desktop.

    16. A new AthleteSpace, built around today

Open the app and see today's session and exactly what to do with it. The coach is one tap away from every page. After each synced workout, a quick check-in gives you a verdict worth sharing. Fitness, fatigue and form now read in plain words, and every plan change shows its reason with an Undo.

Edit your calendar like a pro

Select sessions to copy, paste, duplicate, repeat, shift or delete them. Edit a workout's steps and targets right from its popup, add notes to any day, and switch on compliance colours to see at a glance how well you hit each session.

Training Load that counts every hill

Running load now uses grade-adjusted pace, so hilly runs get credit for the work they took. Heart-rate sessions score by zones from your threshold heart rate, and swims use standard swim scoring. We recalculated your whole history, so Fitness, Fatigue and Form reflect the new numbers.

Zoom into any part of a workout

Select any stretch of a workout to see its duration, distance, pace, heart rate and power. A crosshair tracks across every chart and the map, intervals are detected from second-by-second data, and you can overlay up to five channels on one chart.

      Compare workouts side by side

Pick two to five activities from History and compare them on one chart, by time or distance, with pace, heart rate, power, elevation and Training Load for each.

Talk to your coach about any session

Comment on any session and your coach replies in the thread, in the context of your recent training. If a plan change makes sense, the coach proposes it and you apply it with one tap.

    17. Race recaps and Wrapped

Finish a race and get a recap card of how it went. Monthly and yearly Wrapped sum up your training. Share any of them from the new share studio.

    18. See how we compare

Choosing a training app? Our /vs pages put AthleteSpace next to TriDot, AI Endurance, Runna and TrainingPeaks, feature by feature, with pricing checked against each public pricing page. The homepage FAQ now answers the questions athletes ask most.

    19. Your first plan in one tap

New accounts no longer start on an empty screen. One tap builds your first plan from what you have already told us, and the coach helps you shape it from there.

    20. Try a full plan before you sign up

Guest mode is live. Pick a race and a distance at /plan-preview and see the real plan your coach would build. No account, no card.

    21. Version 1.2.1

      AthleteSpace on iPhone and Android

Version 1.2.1 is on the App Store and Google Play, with faster startup. Your plan, your coach and your workouts, in your pocket.

    22. Coach Mode and Full Send

Two ways to train with AthleteSpace. Coach Mode keeps things simple and lets the coach lead. Full Send opens the full cockpit of charts, load metrics and plan controls. Switch anytime in Settings.

    23. Garmin workouts, swim coaching and running form

Garmin workout push is built and waits on Garmin approving our workout access; until then any session exports as a FIT file. Swim coaching is live, and activity pages show running form insights from Garmin running dynamics.

    24. A plan that keeps up with you

Your next two weeks are always planned in full detail, while later weeks stay flexible and fill in as you train. Your plan follows what you actually did, not a guess made months ago.

    25. Serious HYROX and CrossFit programming

Specialist programming for HYROX (6 training philosophies) and CrossFit (8 philosophies, 56 workout templates), right alongside running, cycling, swimming and triathlon.

    26. A faster, smarter coach

We rebuilt the coach from the ground up. Specialists now plan your training, pick the right method for your goal, and check every change before it reaches your calendar. Replies are faster, and every plan change comes with a reason.

See it in your own week.

Tell it your goal. It writes your first week, then helps every session count.
