Switch from TrainingPeaks

Bring your whole training history with you

Export your data from TrainingPeaks, drop the file here, and AthleteSpace rebuilds your Fitness from every workout you have done. Your coach and your plan start from where you really are, not from zero.

    What comes over

    • Every workout file

FIT, TCX and GPX files with heart rate, power, pace and GPS. Each workout gets its Training Load and intervals. Full data streams are kept for the last 6 months.

    • Your Fitness history

Fitness, Fatigue and Form are rebuilt from those files, day by day. Add the workouts summary CSV and we compare the result with what TrainingPeaks showed you.

    • Your structured workouts

ZWO workout files land in your workout library, ready to put on any day of your calendar.

Export from TrainingPeaks in 3 steps

    1. Open your account settings

Sign in to TrainingPeaks on the web and go to your account settings.

    2. Export your data

Find the data export option. Ask for your workout files (a ZIP) and, if you like, the workouts summary (a CSV).

    3. Drop the ZIP below

Download the ZIP when it is ready and drop it here. Add the summary CSV too if you have it: inside the ZIP, or picked alongside it.

TrainingPeaks may name these options a little differently. Look for data export in your account settings.

    Import your history

Create a free account, or start as a guest, to import your TrainingPeaks history. The importer opens once your account and plan are set up.

By continuing you confirm you are at least 13 and agree to the Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Coming from Garmin Connect or Strava?

Their account exports hold the same kinds of files, so the importer takes them too, and anything already synced is skipped. Garmin keeps its files in ZIPs inside the ZIP: unzip it first and upload those.

    Same ideas, our names

What TrainingPeaks calls it, what it is called here, and where our maths differs.

Training Stress Score (TSS)Training LoadOne number per workout, on the same scale: an hour at threshold is 100.
hrTSSLoad from heart rateTime in zones around your threshold heart rate. Without a threshold heart rate we estimate from TRIMP instead, which can read differently.
rTSSLoad from paceGrade-adjusted pace against your threshold pace.
sTSSSwim loadPace against your critical swim speed (CSS), with intensity cubed as TrainingPeaks does. Without a CSS set we use heart rate or effort, so swims can score differently.
Intensity Factor (IF)IntensityEffort against your threshold.
    Normalized Power (NP)Weighted power
    Normalized Graded Pace (NGP)Grade-adjusted pace
CTL / ATL / TSBFitness / Fatigue / FormThe same 42-day and 7-day averages by default; you can change both in Settings. Imported history counts from its first day.
Annual Training Plan (ATP)SeasonYour season on the Plan page. It adjusts as your training and races change instead of staying fixed.
Workout LibraryWorkout libraryZWO files in your export land in your workout library; put any of them on a day.
Structured WorkoutsWorkout stepsSteps with targets relative to your thresholds, sent to your watch or exported for your trainer.
Compliance colorsCompliance colorsGreen, yellow, orange and red on the calendar, on the same bands: within 20% of plan is green.
Peak PerformancesRecordsBest efforts by distance, and power peaks, under Progress.
