    How it works

    • Five weeks of aerobic base, six of long-run extension, two of race-pace work, two of taper.

    • Long runs cap at 17 km. The remaining miles come on race day.

    • Your coach watches your fitness and fatigue and pulls back if you over-stretch, automatically.

    Common questions

How much running base do I need?

You should be running 25–30 km a week comfortably before week 1. Less is fine, your coach starts you slower.

Will I be ready to race?

Yes. The plan ramps long runs and race-pace miles so 13.1 feels familiar by race week.
